The treatment is guaranteed for 3 Year(s). During the warranty period, if termite infestation is detected to cause any damage in the flat, City International Pest Control will provide necessary corrective treatment at no additional cost.
B. Method of Treatment:
Application of specialized Liquid Chemical will be injected at door corner, wall corner, and other affected places of the flat, to protect the entire structure. The entire process will take approximately 1 day.
C. Checkup Visit:
One mandatory checkup visit every six months for the first year, followed by annual checkups for the remaining warranty period.

Pre-Spraying Safety Measures
Before the spraying operation begins, we kindly request that the following safety precautions be observed by the client:
Designated Assistance:
A person designated by the homeowners should assist the pest control operators
during the spraying process. This individual should inform the operators about specific
locations that need attention.
Prohibition of Eating, Drinking, and Smoking:
Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited in any area where spraying is
taking place.
Special Considerations:
Spraying will not be conducted in homes with infants, pregnant women, or individuals
who are sick.
Child Safety:
Children should not be present in or around the room or location where spraying is
being conducted.
Pet Safety:
Pets, such as dogs, cats, birds, etc., should be relocated to a safe area before the
spraying operation begins.
Removal of Food Items:
All edible food items should be removed from the kitchen, restaurant, or any targeted
areas before spraying.
Air Conditioning System:
The air conditioning system in the area where the operation will take place should be
shut down.
Ventilation Preparation:
